My coaching philosophy is rooted in having a balanced approach, making the most of each individual’s unique potential.
In addition to running, I am a passionate Sourdough baker and a qualified chef. I firmly believe that achieving our goals shouldn’t mean sacrificing everything. My mantra is simple: eat well, train hard, be happy.

This is one of my favourite Autumn runs. With stunning views across South Oxfordshire, with plenty of woodland running to make the most of the changing of the seasons.
The run starts just outside of the village of Lewkor and takes in some of the Ridgeway, The Oxfordshire way and the Chilterns.
Within half a mile you are on the trails and wondering how you could be so close to the motorway but be in such beautiful surroundings. During the day If you’re lucky you will get to see some of the local deer in the woods, if you decide to do this route headtorch running you will be amazed how many deer there are and wonder where they hide in the day. There are a few good hills along the way, but the walk will give you a chance to have a look around and enjoy the scenery.
You will defiantly need to take some snacks and plenty of drink as there are no shops enroute, there is however an outside tap at seven miles. There is a house on the left, and the tap is located on the wall facing you.
